HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, December 7, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Jermaine M. Ball of Heathsville was found guilty of felony sale as an accommodation and was sentenced to five years in prison with five years suspended. His license will be suspended for six months. He has already paid $603 due in costs and $250 in restitution.
Shelton M. Cockrell of Heathsville was found guilty of felony possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to three years in prison with three years suspended. He has paid the $550 due in costs and will be on supervised probation for one year.
