HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, March 21, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Jennifer L. Creeth of Reedville, charged with malicious assault resulting in an injured victim, a status hearing was continued to July 25.
In the case of Christopher S. McKinley of Heathsville, charged with construction fraud by advance pay of over $1,000, a deferred disposition was continued to March 28.
In the case of Dere’onta J. Redmond of Heathsville, charged with malicious shooting or throwing at a train or a car and use of a firearm while committing a felony, sentencing was continued to March 28.
