HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, March 5, with Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Brandon D. Parker of Saluda, charged with five felony counts of manufacturing controlled substances, was scheduled for June 25.
The trial of John J. Hancock of Heathsville, charged with one felony count for possession of child pornography, was set for May 7.
Roy J. MacDonald of Heathsville pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended license and was fined $200.
The trial of Tiffany N. Wade of Waldorf, Md., charged with two felonies including one count of manufacturing a controlled substance and one count of child abuse and disregard for a child’s life, was set for June 4.
A hearing in the case of Christopher L. Goins of Mollusk, who submitted an appeal related to the condition of his release, was continued to March 12.
A review of the case of Lemanuel M. Veneer of Callao, charged with two felonies of manufacturing controlled substances, was continued to June 11.
The prosecution filed a nolle prosequi in the case of Lionel L. Baker of Kilmarnock, charged with one misdemeanor for the sale of marijuana and four felonies…
