HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened November 24, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Brian K. Painter of Weems was found guilty of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony probation violation. He was sentenced to five years with four years and 360 days suspended, indefinite supervision and surrender of a driver’s license.
In the case of Michelle A. King of Warsaw, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, ancillary misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, second offense within five to 10 years, and ancillary misdemeanor unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia, a deferred disposition and review were continued to December 15.
