HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened December 8, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Donald L. Moore of King William pleaded guilty to misdemeanor trespassing after being forbidden and to misdemeanor grand larceny, and was sentenced to four months in jail, with four months suspended, and a year’s supervised probation.
Robert H. Mahan Jr. of Burgess pleaded guilty to felony petit larceny, third-plus offense, and a pre-sentence report was ordered. Sentencing was carried over to March 30.
In the case of Charles L. Elmore of Farnham, charged with felony revocation of pretrial release, an arraignment was carried over to January 5.
