HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened for term day Tuesday, January 26, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Audrey M. Harper of Heathsville pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, first offense. She was found guilty and sentenced to 60 days, with 60 days suspended, fined $250, and was ordered to surrender her license to the court for the period of 12 months.
In the case of Ursula C. Walters, charged with three felony counts of manufacturing and distributing a Schedule I/II drugs, trial was set for April 13.
In the case of Willis A. Veney of Farnham, charged with felony manufacturing of a controlled substance and felony perjury, trial was set for April 27.
