HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland DMV Select Office closed September 3 and will re-open January 3, 2022. The DMV Select in Heathsville is a service provided by the Northumberland County Treasurer’s Office since January 2006.
“The staff of the treasurer’s office had been able to perform regular county duties such as tax billing and collection while providing DMV vehicle services until last year,” said Ellen Booker Kirby, Treasurer of Northumberland County.
