Senior Luke Swann went over the spirit week schedule, October 25-29, and dress up day themes. According to Swann, the student government decided this year’s homecoming theme will be “paint the nation green and gold” to encourage school pride.

Swann said the themes for the school’s dress up days during homecoming week include Country vs. Country Club, Iconic Duo, Throwback Day, Green and Gold, and “Anything but a backpack” day.

Additionally, freshman Anne Shackleford told the board in lieu of a traditional homecoming dance, the student government helped organize a festival to include music, games and food to celebrate homecoming while also promoting social distancing measures.
