The Northumberland Public Library, 7204 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, recently announced special events for children during January.
NPL will present “Story Time at the Library” at 10 a.m. Thursday, January 7, reported Pamela Hagy. The topic will be “Snow Day” stories about playing in the snow. Participants may make a mitten craft.
