Party at the Wharf slated for August 18

The Mathews Land Conservancy will host a Party at the Wharf Summer Series concert from 5-9 p.m. Friday, August18, at Williams Wharf Landing’s Riverfront Pavilion in Mathews.

Gates will open at 5 p.m. with a $5 cover charge for adults. Children ages 12 and younger are free, said Lynda Smith Greve. Backwoods BBQ and 2 Salty River Chicks will be on site for food sales. A cash bar will be available.

Local favorite William Earl Sadler and the band Low Bottom will offer entertainment….
