Rappahannock River Yacht Club begins a new year

The Rappahannock River Yacht Club started a new year on December 1, following a challenging yet successful year of sailing related activities, facility improvements and membership growth.

At the annual meeting November 21, centered in the clubhouse on Carter Creek with only a few masked members and speakers present and many others participating via Zoom, a new slate of officers was elected, year-end business was completed and a new budget was approved, reported news director Tom Wicks.
