Rappahannock River Yacht Club launches the 2021 sailing season

The Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC) recently opened for a new season.

With the board of directors spaced behind him, commodore Charles Springett officially opened the club on April 17 with the raising of the colors, accompanied by the roar of the cannon.

After opening remarks on the challenges over the past year and some recommendations anew, he offered a warm welcome to returning members and to new members, reported cruising fleet commander Tom Wicks, news director.
