Region is represented at State Fair of Virginia

Carliss Brent and Junior Brent, both of Lancaster, competed in the giant watermelon weigh-off. Both of their melons (above) earned a ribbon.

Dozens of Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula residents entered produce, baked goods or livestock for judging at the 2018 State Fair of Virginia.
