Scholarship Day will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, June 25, at Sharon Baptist Church, 1314 Lumberlost Road, Weems. The youth will be recognized for their academic, athletic and extra-curricular accomplishments. Scholarship recipients also will be recognized.
A special dedication solo by DaQuan Boyd also will be a part of the service. The theme is “A Time to Shine” and “Turning Back Time” and several members will share memories of their school days.
