Ken Ludwig’s “The Game’s Afoot, or Holmes for the Holidays” will open Friday at The Lancaster Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone.
Shows will be staged at 8 p.m. Seats are available September 14, 15, 22, 28 and 29 and 3 p.m. September 16 and 23. The theater will open an hour prior to each performance. Tickets are $25. For reservations, visit www.lancasterplayers.org, or call 435-3776.
“The evening is full of cross purposes, spiritualism and, of course, murder. Who is the victim and more mysteriously who is the murderer, will have audiences scratching their heads between gales of laughter,” said co-director Mari Bonomi.
Should the weather require canceling performances, patrons can check local radio stations or lancasterplayers.org.
