The Clash of Cans, an updated version of an annual tradition, takes place at Chesapeake Academy during the weeks following Thanksgiving break.
Students collect coins and cans in a feverish class competition filled with strategy and subterfuge, whose end goal is to make a hearty donation to the Healthy Harvest Food Bank, reported head of school Julianne Duvall.
