The Tidewater Oyster Gardeners Association (TOGA) has extended its middle school writing contest deadline to February 1.
“The original deadline was December 15, but because the annual meeting date has been changed to March 30 from mid-January, we extended this contest deadline,” said president Terry Lewis.
