Virtual auction
The Lancaster Virginia Historical Society (LVHS) is seeking new and used items for the “Treasures and Trinkets Virtual Auction” in March. Everything will be sold through an online auction managed by Brad Smith of The Big Red Flea and Big Red Auctions in Irvington.
Donations can be delivered by advance notice to the LVHS museum through mid-February. Limited, local pick-up assistance may be available for certain items. Email [email protected], or 462-7280.
Wine Down
Good Luck Cellers, 1025 Goodluck Road, Kilmarnock, recently announced Friday Night Wine Downs will continue in January outdoors on the covered North Porch with heaters and adjacent green space with fire pits.
The Wine Downs, from 4-6 p.m., will feature music by Bob Wilson.
