FREDERICKSBURG—Dominion Energy is scheduled to remove utility lines attached to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge over the Rappahannock River this summer. Drivers on Route 3 between Lancaster and Middlesex counties can expect brief travel delays as crews position the necessary equipment to safely remove the lines.
Beginning Monday, June 21, through Friday, July 2, Dominion Energy crews will mobilize on the bridge and install equipment to start the removal process. Brief, intermittent traffic stops….
