Raquel Edwards, Virginia Commonwealth Bank’s (VCB) Hartfield branch manager, recently was recognized and appreciated for her due diligence in discovering a deceitful and malicious attempt to misdirect funds from the 11th Armored Cavalry’s Veterans of Vietnam & Cambodia (11th ACVVC).
The 11th ACVVC was founded in 1984 after 75 names of Blackhorse Troopers were collected in Washington, D.C. at the dedication of the “Three Fighting Men” statue near the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
