LANCASTER—Jason M. Verlander of White Stone is scheduled to appear in Lancaster General District Court at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 5, to answer to charges that he terrorized Rev. Booker D. Carter Sr. and his wife as they drove through Kilmarnock, trying to escape a torrent of racial slurs and aggressive driving that culminated in the Walmart parking lot.
Carter also alleges that Verlander then threw an object at their car.
