WHITE STONE—James Philbrick told the White Stone Town Council last Thursday he supports, and wishes success for, any business in the town—but not at the expense of a night’s sleep.
Philbrick and his wife, Ginger Philbrick, addressed council during a public hearing regarding a proposed noise ordinance.
The Philbricks live on Chesapeake Drive near a restaurant which offers music on weekend nights. He said they can hear the music and noise from the business at their home and recommended the town be more specific with its “noise” definition by judging it in decibels.
