The Northern Neck Family YMCA senior operations director Liz Allen recently announced several upcoming activities.
Unless otherwise indicated the activities will be held at the Northern Neck Family YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Court, Kilmarnock.
Partner yoga
A Partner Yoga Valentine’s Workshop will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. February 16.
“Get in touch with your partner or reconnect with a good friend through yoga,” said instructor Allyson Childress.
Participants will learn to support each other in poses and assist with adjustments and props. A special snack will be provided.
