The 45th Annual Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade’s theme was “Your Favorite Christmas Scene.”
Frosty’s Express, the Blue Ridge Bank entry in the 45th annual Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade won the Judge’s Award for best use of lights.
Other winning entries in the Friday, December 13, parade included Northern Neck Insurance, Grand Marshal’s Award for best presentation of theme; Interfaith Service Council, Spirit of Christmas Award for best non-commercial entry; Belfield Physical Therapy, Chamber of Commerce Award for best commercial entry; Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck, Youth Award for best youth entry; and Upper Lancaster Fire Department, Ryan Wilcox Memorial Award for best decorated firetruck. The 45th annual Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade was organized by the Lancaster by the Bay Chamber. Sponsors included RWC, Dominion Energy, Blue Ridge Bank, Yankee Point Marina and IsaBell K. Horsley Real Estate.
