A Celebration of Life for Laura Mae Fallin Dawson, 89, of Callao will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 9, at Gibeon Baptist Church, Callao. The family will receive friends at the church during the hour preceding the service. A light reception in the Gibeon fellowship hall will follow the service.
A funeral service for Allen Ray Swann, 78, of Callao will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 10, at Welch Funeral Home Marks Chapel, Warsaw. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Northern Neck Memorial Gardens in Callao immediately following the service. Following the burial a reception will be held in the Fellowship Hall of Henderson United Methodist Church, Callao. Mr. Swann died April 3, 2026.
A funeral service for Mike E. Croxton Sr., 88, of Kilmarnock will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 10, at Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock. Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday. Mr. Croxton died April 4, 2026.
A memorial service for John Cannon Wilson, 73, of Weems will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at Historic Christ Church in Weems. There will be a reception for all immediately following in the Bayne Center. Family, friends and community members are welcome. Mr. Wilson died December 23, 2025.
