The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) recently announced parent orientation and open houses at the clubs in Kilmarnock and Burgess.
“With over 200 kids enrolled, the club is buzzing with excitement and energy,” said BGCNN development director Jill Sears. “The specialty clubs including teen chef, ART+ and soccer have begun and our ongoing education support and mentoring also continues.”
Open house in Kilmarnock will be held from 4:30-6:30 p.m. September 20, at 517 North Main Street; and at the Burgess Club, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. September 26, at 740 Jessie duPont Memorial Highway.
All parents are invited to come tour the facilities, meet staff and learn about programs. Light refreshments also will be served. Registration for the after-school program is always open. Call 435-9696 or go to bgcnn.org to register.
