CA students complete Tybee Island Field Study

Chesapeake Academy (CA) seventh and eighth grade field scientists recently completed their comparative marine science field study of the marine ecosystems of the Chesapeake Bay and those of Tybee Island.

As each researcher collects data and observations on their target topic, this marine science field study focuses students on comparing various biomes and ecological factors that impact both regions, the Chesapeake Bay and Tybee Island, collecting data and developing context for their comparisons, reported head of school Catherine Emery.
