Lancaster Elementary School (LES) will hold kindergarten registration from noon-4:45 p.m. May 1 and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. May 2.
Parents can schedule their appointment at LES, 191 School Street, Kilmarnock, or lcs.k12.va.us, reported principal Keegan Walters.
Parents will need several documents to register a child, including an original birth certificate; a parent/guardian photo identification; proof of residency in Lancaster County, which can be a water bill, electric bill, voter registration card, mortgage statement or lease; a 2025-26 Virginia School Physical; and an immunization record.
