HEATHSVILLE—Kristi Lynn Noel, 41, passed away on February 6, after a long battle with cancer, at her home in Heathsville.
Greatly loved by her family and friends, she is survived by her mother, Linda S. Jett; sisters, Carrie Jett (Niki), Kelly Palmer (Clifton), Carlina Henderson and Amy Cutchins (Robbie); her children, Keith Elswick Jr., Michael Burrell, Haleigh Burrell, Karter Noel and Kyndal Noel; her grandmother, Sue Lee Spoon; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Gary D. Spoon; her daughter, Kaylin Elswick; and her stepfather, Ronald L. Jett.
Kristi lived her life on her own terms, even while enduring her struggle with cancer and treatments. She wanted her family and loved ones to remember her for her love of the Lord, her fun-loving personality, her humor and especially her infinite love for her children.
“Make sure they know I will love them forever,” was her greatest wish.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, February 15, at Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock
In lieu of flowers, donations for a trust fund for Kristi’s children will be received at United Bank in Burgess.
