LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, August 16, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of James B. Kelley Jr. of Lancaster, charged with two felonies for shooting/throwing into an occupied building, a trial was scheduled for October 18.
In the case of Dustin K. Crandall of Weems, charged with two misdemeanors for shoplifting/altering merchandise less than $200, a trial was scheduled for October 11.
In the case of Stephen O. Fortune of Richmond, charged with a felony for selling stolen property greater than $200, an arraignment was continued and a trial is to be set August 23.
