LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 14, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Ernest O. Kelley, charged with three felonies for attempted first-degree murder; two felonies for alluding police; and felonies for malicious shooting/throwing into an occupied building; malicious shooting/throwing at an emergency vehicle; shooting/stabbing in a felony; shooting from a vehicle; using a firearm in a felony, first offense; using a firearm in a felony, second offense; and being a violent felon in possession of a weapon, a status hearing was scheduled for April 25.
In the case of Dalonta T. Henderson of Reedville, charged with a felony for shooting from a vehicle, a felony for malicious shooting at a car, and a felony for failing to stop at an accident with damage greater than $1,000, a bench trial was….
