LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, May 16, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Karyne M. Dubry of Reedville, charged with a felony for malicious wounding, a status hearing was scheduled for May 23.
In the case of John R. Martin of Lancaster, charged with felonies for assault on a law enforcement officer and carrying a concealed weapon, second offense, a status hearing was scheduled for May 23.
In the case of Xzaveah S. Thompson of Lancaster, charged with felonies for making a false statement on a criminal history consent and eluding police as well as a misdemeanor for obstructing/resisting arrest without force, a status hearing was scheduled for June 6.
In the case of Hannibal R. Tyler-El of Burgess, charged with a felony for driving while intoxicated, previous related felony conviction; a felony for driving on a suspended license, subsequent offense; a felony for driving with a revoked….
