LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, October 10, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Lionel L. Baker of Lancaster, convicted of a felony for violating probation, he was sentenced to 16 years and 11 months with 15 years and five months suspended. He also was ordered to pay $218 in court costs and serve 12 months of probation upon release.
In the case of Christopher L. Goins Jr. of Mollusk, charged with a felony for violating probation, a status hearing was continued by defense motion until January 23.
