HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, December 17, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Ernest O. Kelley of Kilmarnock, charged with four counts of probation violation on a felony offense, the case was continued to January 28, 2025.
Jennie L. Lansberry of Heathsville pleaded nolo contendere to vehicular larceny. A deferred disposition was set for December 16, 2025. She faces $1,002 in costs. Additionally, a failure to appear on a felony offense charge was dismissed.
In the case of Keandre T. Moye of Warsaw, charged with four counts of distributing/selling Schedule I/II drugs for profit, a status hearing was continued to January 28.
