HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened for Term Day on Tuesday, January 28, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Carlos Parker of Heathsville, charged with two counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a status hearing was continued to April 22.
In the case of Ernest O. Kelley of Kilmarnock, charged with four counts of probation violation on a felony offense, a status hearing was set for April 22.
In the case of Lionel L. Baker of Kilmarnock, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, Baker was not found and a capias was continued to April 22. Baker remains a fugitive.
In the case of Daniel J. Banes of Richmond, charged with failure to appear on a felony offense, Banes was not found and a capias was continued to April 22. Banes also is charged with five counts of pretrial violation on a misdemeanor offense. Banes remains a fugitive.
