Northumberland County Circuit Court Report

HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, March 4, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.

In the case of William C. Crockett of Lancaster, a charge of larceny by obtaining a credit card number was dismissed.

In the case of Johnshonika J. Gregory of Tappahannock, charged with probation violation on a felony offense, a show cause was issued and a capias hearing was set for March 11. Gregory also faces a misdemeanor charge of probation violation.

In the case of Nathaniel T. Long of Reedville, charged with strangulation resulting in injury, a trial was set for May 6. Long also faces a misdemeanor of assault and battery on a family member.
