KILMARNOCK—The Kilmarnock Planning Commission has recommended approval of a rezoning application on East Church Street that could signal a small, single-family subdivision is in the pipeline.
During the Monday, October 6, commission meeting, Don Hyde, on behalf of Fountainhead Homes LLC, addressed his rezoning application for a non-developed two-and-a-half acre parcel.
The land, which does not have a 911 address, falls within the Steptoe’s Overlay District, is in proximity to Foxhill Apartments and is just a few-minutes’ walk to Town Centre….
