Steamboat Era Museum to host visitors Nov. 15

The Steamboat Era Museum has been closed for the 2020 season. However, work has continued on exhibits and the Potomac pilothouse.

The community is invited to see the new exhibits and restored pilothouse from 2-4 p.m. November 15.

Shipwright John Morgenthaler, who is restoring the pilothouse, is just about finished and he will be at the open house to answer questions, reported executive director Barbara Brecher.
