Due to impending winter storms, the Rappahannock Record publishes a day early this week.

KILMARNOCK—After a nearly snowless period of almost three years, eastern Virginia is reeling from back-to-back winter storms. And forecasters say more snow is on the horizon for today, February 19, and into the night, possibly dropping over a foot of snow in some areas of Virginia.
Across the Northern Neck last week some 3-6 inches were reported. However, it was the slushy, icy roads as the snow fell quickly that caused problems.
