White Stone man killed in Gloucester

Destin Moore, 22, of Hampton is wanted on a first-degree murder charge in the death of Hezekiah Fauntleroy Jr. of White Stone. Anyone with information about Moore’s whereabouts should call the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office, 693-3890.

GLOUCESTER—Hezekiah Fauntleroy Jr., 20, of White Stone was found dead of apparent gunshot wounds in Gloucester County last week.

According to Capt. John W. Schick Jr. with the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO), Ameir Antonio Wynn, 16, of Hampton was arrested in connection with the case on May 17 after turning himself in to the Hampton Police Department. He is being held in a juvenile detention center.

A second suspect, Destin Moore, 22, of Hampton is still at large.
