The men of Kilmarnock United Methodist Church, 89 East Church Street, Kilmarnock, will serve their 43rd annual spaghetti supper from 4:30 to 8 p.m. January 26.
The monies raised by this event will be used to further worthy causes such as the Northern Neck Free Health Clinic, Walk to Defeat ALS, Northern Neck Hospice, and Lancaster Community Library, reported Jon Baer.
There is nothing better on a cold evening like warm conversation and a hot meal, he said.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $11 at the door. Tickets are available from Lester’s Barber Shop, HeadsUp Hairworks, Chesapeake Bank, the Shoe Clinic, or the church office, 435-1797.
The supper will be served in the fellowship hall below the sanctuary. Patrons should enter the church through the main front doors, said Baer. Everyone will be welcomed and given seating instructions. Elevator service is available to the right of the main front doors.
The menu will include spaghetti with time-tested meat sauce, salad, Italian bread and a choice of beverages. The Methodist women will offer a variety of desserts at $1 each.
Carryout patrons can enter the door at the bottom of the outside steps. This entrance will be clearly marked. For take out, call 436-0511.
