$656,500 capital plan on way to Northumberland supervisors

HEATHSVILLE—After a public hearing without comment, the Northumberland planning commission on Thursday, May 5, voted to recommend a proposed $656,500 capital improvement budget to the board of supervisors.

The decision was unanimous, 7-0, with Chris Cralle, Ed King, Patrick O-Brien, Vivian Diggs, Garfield Parker, Al Fisher Jr. and Heidi Wilkins-Corey all voting in favor. Roger McKinley and Charles Williams were absent and one seat is vacant.
