It all starts tonight, July 31. Glowing lights, the roar of machinery, squeals of delight and the irresistible aroma of grilled burgers.
Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department (KVFD) members, town officials and carnival volunteers recently celebrated the completion of a new Bingo stand, which will make its debut at the 90th KVFD Firemen’s Festival. The KVFD Carnival Grounds, 200 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock, will come to life when the 90th Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department Firemen’s Festival opens at 7 p.m. The carnival will continue nightly, except Sunday, through Saturday, August 9.
KVFD members, town officials and other volunteers gathered at the grounds on Monday, July 28, for an official ribbon cutting to celebrate a new Bingo stand/pavilion. The 30-foot-by-40-foot open-sided….
