St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 6807 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, recently welcomed Deacon David Jutsum as clergy-in-charge beginning September 1. The Rev. Jutsum currently serves as a transitional deacon and will be ordained as a priest in January, 2026.
