Filing deadline is Tuesday for November ballot

LANCASTER— A few more candidates for local office last week added their names to the ballot for the November 3 general election.

The deadline to file to appear on the ballot is 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 9. Filing can be done at the Voter Registration Office, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, reported deputy registrar Celina Haynie.

In Kilmarnock, elections are due for mayor and three council posts. Cynthia Scott and Matt Cunningham added their names….
