The Lancaster Players will hold a Youth Theater Workshop for ages 8-18 August 3 through 17 at the Lancaster Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone.
The workshop will be led by Robin Blake, Susan Dameron and Linda Stough, reported Karen Stanley.
The fee is $125 per participant. Applications are available at lancasterplayers.org. Auditions will be held from 1-3 p.m. August 2, giving directors an opportunity to meet participants and determine roles in the workshop’s productions.
Students ages 12–18 will take the stage in “Supervillains Anonymous” by Michael Bauer. “We plan for younger students, ages 8–11, to have a lead role in their own show—a ‘fractured’ fairy tale,” said Blake.
