Calvary Baptist Church, 83 Bluff Point Road, Kilmarnock, will celebrate its annual homecoming and revival August 16 through 19.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday with Reverend Samuel A. Cain, pastor, proclaiming the Word of God, reported church administrator Kathy Thompson.
The homecoming celebration will continue with Reverend Beverly Thomas and the Morning Star Baptist Church family as special guests. Praise and worship will begin at 2:30 p.m. and the service will follow at 3 p.m. The theme is: “The Power of Love.” 1 Corinthians 13:3-10.
