Northumberland County Little League will hold a general membership meeting at 7 p.m. September 28 at the Northumberland County Little League Complex board room, 529 Academic Lane, Heathsville.
To become a general member for the 2018 season, there is a $5 membership fee that must be paid no later than September 23, reported board president Michael Withers.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect the 2018 board of directors, receive reports, approve the current constitution and the transaction of business as may properly come before the meeting, said Withers.
The 2017 general members in good standing are eligible to vote, he said. For those unable to attend the general membership meeting, an absentee ballot can be provided.
