Rain, wind, chilly temperatures and even a few leaky tents couldn’t stop the Animal Welfare League of the Northern Neck (AWL) and Richmond County from holding a successful Rabies Ready Clinic on Saturday, October 17.
Despite challenging weather conditions, 343 dogs and cats received free rabies vaccinations, helping protect pets, their families, and the surrounding community, reported AWL marketing and communications coordinator Jennifer Hultz.
