Junior Cotillion season to begin in November

The Junior Cotillion of the Northern Neck will begin its fifth season November 19. Teens from sixth, seventh and eighth grades in public and private schools throughout Lancaster and neighboring counties are invited to attend.

Monthly sessions will be held on Sundays November through April.

“Junior Cotillion teaches the importance of social etiquette, social dancing and the values of honor, courtesy, respect, kindness and self confidence” said director Kimberly Vail. “Sandy Yeon, our dance instructor, has 25 years of teaching cotillions in Richmond, and Ginger Philbrick, our etiquette instructor, has 25 years of working with young people through her business, Because You Are Polite…LLC.”
